"I was both excited and nervous to take the Being Profile Questionnaire. Once I received my results, Lisa walked me through my scores and explained what each meant. The results were perplexing and eye-opening, but they made sense. There were several life examples that came up that corroborated the scores.
The score that really shook me was Awareness. I couldn't understand how I could operate for close to 40 years without being more aware of myself, my wants, my experiences and my contributions.
After I finished the debrief, I took actions in my life, especially around Awareness. Now, daily, I ask myself how I feel about certain things and try to "lock" in my answers. It's silly, but when you operate on autopilot, and you don't think of yourself as having choices or options, it's not something you learn to do. I now stop to ask myself even larger questions like, "How DO I like my job?" "How DO I feel every time I encounter that person?" I take note of my feelings and correct course more frequently.
